Machine characteristics

The main structure castings are made of high-quality HT300 cast iron,which has stable structure and good rigidity to permanently ensure the quality.The casting structure is calculated and analyzed by the finite element analysis method.The reasonable structure strength and the combination of reinforced ribs provide high rigidity of the machine tool.
The three-axis adopts silent screw and linear slide with high rigidity,low noise,low friction and high sensitivity,which can improve the processing speed and accuracy.
The unique large-span structure design of the base and column can withstand the inertia generated by high G,as solid as a rock and as stable as Mount Tai.
The high-speed straight structure spindle is responsive and greatly improves the processing efficiency;the three-axis motor and the screw are directly coupled to drive,with good rigidity and high precision,and the 40-60m high-speed displacement can greatly save non-processing time.
The heightening column(optional)design reserves space for the fourth and fifth axis.
High-speed servo tool change is fast and stable to reduce non-processing time(special configuration).
The maximum speed of rigid tapping is S4000 rmp and the maximum specification is AA16(aluminum).

Machine overall layout and purpose

The overall layout of the machine is fixed to the base,the workbench is x-forwardon on the mop,the dragplate is Y-forward on the base,the column is fixed to the base,and the knives library is connected to the Z-axis.
